He died on 5 Dec 1963 in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee.
His wife was Edith Ellen Franks, who he married on 9 APR 1909 in Judsonia, Harrison Twp, White County, Arkansas. Their four known children were Harry B (1910-1957), Mary Anne (1912-1969), Pauline (1914-1990) and Melvin Roy (1916-1997).

Note 1
Pop and Kelip were hit by the tornado in Judsonia, White Cty arkansas in 1952.
Shorty after Kelip died in 1960 , Pop moved to Augusta and lived with daughter Mary Anne Davis for maybe 2 years, his final year(s?) were with daughter Pauline in Memphis.
I spent a lot of time with him in the time he was with Mary Anne and heard a lot of stories about his days as commerical hunter along the Little Red River below Judsonia.
