William was born about 1946, the son of C W Simmons and Daisy Blanche Young. The place is not known.
His wife was Joyce Simmons, who he married in ABT 1988. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Francesca (c1990-?), Pippa (c1991-?), Georgina (c1992-?) and Tristan (c1992-?).

Daisy Blanche Young Simmons Birth: Mar. 26, 1919 Oklahoma, USA
Death: Jan. 1, 2009 Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida, USA
Daisy was the daughter of Oscar and Yotha Benson Young. She was the third of five children. As a young girl, she traveled on horseback to schools in Madill, OK where she enjoyed playing basketball. She was a graduate of the Scott and White Nursing School in Temple, TX and served as an Army nurse during World War II. In 1945, she married C. W. Simmons, Jr., who preceded her in death in 1962.
She continued her long career in nursing at the Veterans Hospital in Muskogee, OK, retiring in 1973 after more than 20 years of duty. A talented artist and seamstress, in her retirement she enjoyed china painting, creating oil and water colors, and sewing for her grandchildren. She was a member of First Methodist Church in Muskogee, OK and later Trinity United Methodist Church in Tallahassee, FL.
Survivors include her son, Dr. William P. Simmons and wife, Joyce of Tallahassee, FL; four adoring grandchildren, Francesca Simmons (fiancé Matt Preston) and Pippa Simmons of Tallahassee, Georgina (Chris) Perry and Tristan Simmons of Birmingham, AL; and a number of nieces and nephews.

William P. Simmons M.D. Dr. Simmons began practicing at North Florida Pediatrics in 1988. His medical training was at the University of Oklahoma and the University of Florida. He and his wife have four children and three grandchildren. He enjoys tennis, The Florida coast and time with the family as well as all the “little buddies” he’s made as a pediatrician.
