Lena was born on 9 Apr 1907 in Arkansas, the daughter of Malachi L Thomason and Venlinsy Annie Hale.
She died on 30 Jun 2002 in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Audrey A Atkinson, who she married on 26 SEP 1921 in Prairie County, Arkansas. Their two known children were Robert Ardeth (?-1999) and Alice Alline (1923-1924).
Her second husband was William Taft Copeland, who she married on 13 OCT 1929 in Lonoke County, Arkansas. Their only known child was Erma Dell (1931-?).

From what I can tell, Mike's daughter Lena was married twice. First time to Audrey A Atkinson from Conway, County, Arkansas. They married 9/26/1921 in Prairie County and had one son, Robert Ardeth Atkinson and possibly one daughter named Erma Dell, who married a Paladino.
Not sure if Erma is from Lena's first or second marriage, but I'm thinking she's from the second marriage.
Lena married William Taft Copeland second in 10/13/1929 in Lonoke County and he predeceased her.
Lena had quite a lot of grandchildren and great-grandchildren and even great-great-grandchildren so I did some searching and found a grandchild on Facebook. I sent her a private message but tomorrow I hope to call around to find Lena's son and/or daughter.
Robert Ardeth Atkinson and his son David Ardeth Atkinson were married in West Virginia. Robert Ardeth married Betty Jeane Shumway in 1946 in Wood Co, WV and I believe they are divorced now, according to the way Lena's obituary was worded. Robert Ardeth Atkinson died before his mother Lena did.
David Ardeth married Pamela Kay Spiker in 1968 in Wood Co, WV.
In the 1930 census, Robert Ardeth was living with his paternal grandparents in Conway County, Arkansas.
I can't find Robert Ardeth Atkinson, Erma Dell, Lena or Taft Copeland in 1940 at all.

And I found Ardeth Atkinson living with his dad and step-mother. Everybody was living in Conway Co in the township of Lick Mountain.
spoke with Lena's daughter-in-law, Betty, who is 88 years old and a delight! She was married to Lena and Audrey Atkinson's son Robert Ardeth Atkinson. We had a nice, long conversation and she remembers coming back to Arkansas (she lives in Parkersburg, West Virginia) to visit with the families.
She said Lena's daughter Erma Dell Paladino is still alive and lives in North Little Rock. I'm trying to find her phone number.
Betty said she had recently moved from her home into a high-rise apartment but somewhere stored away she has a notebook that her husband had on the family. She said he had done some research on the family before he died in 1999.
She promised she would look for it and would call me when she found it. She also took down my address and promised to send any photos she may find. She's not sure that she has any photos of Malachi though.
As we were talking she started remembering more names. Apparently, a couple of Malachi's children were married and lived right here in Benton.
I found one of his daughters, Mildred Floy Thomason married multiple times (Betty confirmed this) and one of the marriages occurred here in Saline County. A son of Malachi named Doyle also married here in Saline County.

Lena Francis Thomason Copeland: LENA F. COPELAND of North Little Rock, age 95, born in Lonoke, Ark., on April 9, 1907, to Mike and Annie (Hail) Thomason, left this world to be with the Lord, Sunday, June 30, 2002, in Morrilton, Ark.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Taft Copeland, and one son, Robert Ardith Atkinson. She is survived by one daughter, Erma Dell Paladino of North Little Rock and daughter-in- law Betty Atkinson of Parkersburg, W.Va.
She is also survived by her grandchildren Brenda Adams, William Albert Paladino, David Atkinson and wife Pam, and Kimberly Batten; her great-grandchildren include Angelia Trammell, Joseph Paladino, James Paladino, Thomas Batten, Amy Querrey, Heather Atkinson and Justin Atkinson; her great-great- grandchildren include Taylor Paladino, David Paladino, Zachary Paladino, Paige Batten, and Tia Querrey.
Lena has spent the majority of her life giving to others and loving all. She has lived a long life and has left behind many loving family members. She will be remembered and cherished always.
Graveside services will be 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2002, at Rest Hills Memorial Park, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock, (501) 835-3515, with Dr. James Thompson officiating.
