He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Pricilla Finch, who he married in 1744 in Prince George County, Maryland. Their only known child was Fielder (1745-?).
His second wife was Anne Fraser, who he married in 1748 in Prince George County, Maryland. Their four known children were Susanah Fraser (1749-?), Priscilla (1750-?), Anne (1751-?) and John Fraser (1755-?).
