Harold Ray Stockton, 72, former teacher, coach, and salesman, died Tuesday, Novemger 21, 2000 at his home in Arlington due to complications from his battle with cancer.
He was born in Texarkansa, Arkansas where he spent most of his childhood and later graduated from high school. He was an outstanding athlete and all-state football player. He attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where he played football and golf and dmet Margaret Ann. Both received degrees in May 1952. He coached and she taught in Blytheville and Burdette, Arkansas and in Dension Texas before moving to Arlington in 1956.
Memorial service: 2:pm on Wednesday, November 29, 200 at the First United Methodist Church in Arlington. He had donated his body to science through the Willed Body Program, therefore there will be no burial.
