Note 1

I (AFB) remember going with Uncle Bill to Wattensaw Cemetery when I was about 8 yrs old to help/watch the men of church did a grave… and I recall where the grave was being dug. I am nearly certain that grave was for Effie Baldwin Tucker, oldest sister of my grandmother.
